For delays, the arrival delay at your final destination must be 3 hours or more. Long-haul delays of 3–4 hours pay 50%.
Azerbaijan Airlines flights departing from the EU, EEA, Switzerland or UK are covered. Flights arriving in Europe from elsewhere are not covered, because Azerbaijan Airlines is based outside the EU and UK.
