- Service
- FlyClaims claims compensation from airlines for passengers whose flights were delayed 3+ hours, cancelled at short notice or overbooked, under EU Regulation 261/2004 and UK261.
- Fee
- 20% of the compensation, including VAT. No extra fee for legal action. Nothing if the claim is unsuccessful.
- Payout
- Within 48 hours of the airline paying, by bank transfer or PayPal.
- Compensation
- €250 (≤1,500 km), €400 (1,500–3,500 km or within the EU), €600 (>3,500 km). UK261: £220 / £350 / £520.
- Other rules
- Turkey (SHY-YOLCU), Canada (APPR), Israel (Aviation Services Law), Georgia, Serbia and other ECAA partners, Moldova. For India, Saudi Arabia, Brazil and the US, where passengers must claim personally, a free claim letter.
