How it works

Three minutes of your time. We handle the airline, the paperwork and the court case.

  1. 1

    Check your flight

Tell us what happened or scan your boarding pass. Our engine applies EU261 and UK261, the distance rules and the deadlines for every country, and shows you the result instantly.

  2. 2

    Sign the assignment

You sign an assignment agreement on screen. It lets us claim in our own name, so the airline deals with us, not you. Each adult passenger signs; parents sign for children.

  3. 3

    Add your boarding pass

A boarding pass or booking confirmation proves you were on the flight. Some airlines also ask for ID.

  4. 4

    We claim from the airline

We check flight data, weather and air traffic records, then send a formal claim. Airlines must pay or explain a refusal.

  5. 5

We go to court if needed

If the airline refuses without a valid reason or doesn't answer, we take legal action at our own cost and risk. Your fee stays the same.

  6. 6

You get paid within 48 hours

When the airline pays us, you choose bank transfer or PayPal and receive your share within 48 hours.

How long does it take?

Most airlines pay within 2 to 12 weeks. Cases that go to court take 3 to 12 months, depending on the country. You can follow every step on your claim tracker.
