Flight compensation companies compared
Every claim company does roughly the same work. The difference is how much of your compensation they keep, especially when an airline only pays after court action.

Common questions
What is the cheapest flight compensation company?
Among companies that publish their prices, FlyClaims is one of the cheapest at 20% including VAT, with no surcharge for legal action. Most established companies charge 30% to 35% plus a legal surcharge that takes the total to 40% to 50%.
Is it worth using a claim company?
If the airline pays after a simple letter, claiming yourself saves the fee. A claim company is worth it when you don't want to chase the airline, when the airline refuses, or when the claim needs court action, which is when fees matter most.
Can I switch from another claim company?
Only if you haven't signed an agreement with them yet, or they've closed or rejected your claim. Check your agreement before signing with another company, as two agencies can't claim the same flight.
